The clothing, accessories and other items sold on the Boutique Nomade website are exchangeable or refundable with the exception of ARTICLES IN DISCOUNT WHICH IS NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

It is possible that there is out of stock between the time you place your order and the processing of it. If this happens, a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.

 

Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your order or if an item you ordered has a defect, you have 10 days to make an exchange of equal value on our website, to request a credit note that will be valid in the store as well. only online, or a refund.

 

For all merchandise returns, you must first send us a copy of your original invoice and a message telling us the reason for the return and all the information about the model you want to return (model name and of the company, size and colour) to receive a return number. You will need to add this return number on the package you send us.

Delivery charges for an exchange or a return

Delivery charges for an exchange or return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. However, Boutique Nomade will pay the shipping costs for the item you will buy back.

The customer is responsible for providing a compliant and complete DELIVERY ADDRESS when placing an order online. In the case where a parcel is returned by the driver because the address is non-compliant, non-existent or incomplete the order will be cancelled and the delivery costs will not be refundable. In a case where a package that was shipped free of charge is returned by the delivery person because the address is invalid, non-existent or incomplete the order will be cancelled and a $ 10 fee will be charged to the customer.
